Dark Deception Best Strategies (My Strategies) - Deadly Decadence - Don't Blink Strategy - Altar Mode.

Hello guys. If you are reading this,you probably have a hard time completing Deadly Decadence. To be honest,I,myself,haven't completed the level yet,but it's only because I'm having a lot of problems with the traps point of view. I will tell you more about it later,but for now...let's get straight to the strategies.

Don't Blink Strategy - Altar Mode

This is one of my best strategies onto this one level. By the way, I highly recommend you that,before reading AND using this strategy, search and inform yourself about the original Don't Blink strategy.If you don't wanna watch it or you're too lazy to search (just like me) then just skip this strategy and go to the next one.

The „Don't Blink Strategy - Altar Mode" is one of (my) best strategies so far in the level.
Benefits :
-Time to obtain shards;
-No enemy for the time being.

Disadvantages :
-60% chance of dying to the traps due to not paying attention AT ALL.
Unless you have your own way of balancing attention to the traps AND the Gold Watchers,there will be no disadvantages.

Explanation/Details :
This strategy is mostly based on the original Don't Blink strategy. BUT...this strategy includes something more than the simple Don't Blink strategy.As the title says, 'Altar Mode',you probably realize what's this strategy based on. It is basically Don't Blink strategy,but it's next to the Altar. Once you get to the manor/Spawn from last checkpoint,immediately use the speed boost and go to the Ring Altar. Then all you have to do is simply look at the floor for some time (not for long) until the Gold Watchers reach the Altar floor. Do this until all the watchers are in the altar. If you want to get 'bonus time' (talking about it soon enough),look at the floor some more (separate) seconds until the watchers are in a corner. Then do W + Shift (recommended) around them or use teleportation. Make sure to look into their direction and there you have it : time to get more shards without any worries. BUT... I'm not over explaining. As I said a while ago, you have a 60% chance of dying to the traps due to not paying attention. That's where the 'phases' come in. There is a number of times you could use the phases (3-5 times;unlimited if enough luck). These so called phases are short and quick names for the times the watchers are stuck in the Altar. There are some times you have to pay attention to the traps. That's when the watchers start moving around, and the end of the phases is happening. Repeat as many times you want.

Note :
-For this strategy, the Red Crystal is also recommended to be activated because you could keep an eye on when the watchers start moving around.
-Make sure that,when you are having the Red Crystal activated,look out for the traps a bit more rarely so you could increase the current phase's 'usable' time.
-A problem is that I can't currently grand you level clearing with this strategy because I didn't complete the level at the time I'm writing this. I still have strategies to tell so I will probably write the answer in the next strategies' notes. For now,tell me if this strategy helped you and if i should keep on writing strategies.

Guys I just finished Deadly D. today! I had a really hard time finishing it and panicked a lot but thanks to my beautiful cousin who supported me i was able to finish it. Anyways,I can grant you 95% chance of surviving with this strategy. It seems that a phase usable time is either short or very long depending on your own skills. That's all guys, hope I helped you! ;3

Nice one. Keep in mind Deadly D. is going to be a bit different when Ch.4 goes out thanks to DD Enhanced. A new boss as well.

Well the thing is that i wont get DD E right away when it launches...because,well.. I haven't really bought DD on Steam. I see no reason for me to download SP games from Steam with money so I'm just downloading them from other sites. And those sites take time to remake the whole game for free,so yeah. When DD E launches i will have to wait like one or two or three months to get myself DD E (unless i manage to buy it).

Also I have a question. DD E and DD are separate games, DD E is a DLC for DD or they are the same game (meaning DD E is DD after Ch.4 launches; probably this is a dumb question)?

DD E is a free update that the base game will receive, so they're the same.
