If i buy the complete DD, do i need to pay for the chapter 4 coming soon?

no, if you buy the complete version, they will add the rest of the chapter

Yeah buy DD Complete. It's a whole lot cheaper than buying all the chapters separately. I had to learn that the hard way... :(

If you buy any chapter I think you either : Cannot buy DD Complete or if you do you'll have to pay for any chapter you bought beforehand.
