Hi! Where can I find 2nd red shard in this stage to achieve S rank? Looked through the whole map and can't see it, only yellow ord after some time when there are no nurses in the 2nd part.

I think the S rank for TT it´s impossible for now. You´ll need to wait for a hotfix, nobody can find the 2nd red shard in this level.

But in overall there are 2 red shards, not 3?

yeah there is a slight bug rn. it says _/3 bonus shards, most likely because the other 2 levels in the chapter have 3 zones, thus meaning 3 bonus shards. coding could be jumbled up. there is also a bug where the red shard seems to not spawn for a long time, but regardless, s rank isnt possible for now, because of the requirement bug.

How do you get S-Rank in Torment Therapy? In Zone 2, the "ENEMIES REVEALED" Shard won't spawn. I saw it spawn once, is it randomised? Am i doing it too quick? I got the Mascot Mayhem S-Rank fine. The Bearly Buried S-Rank won't work. The "ENEMIES REVEALED" Shard doesn't spawn in the Cabin-Zone 1. I need help with this. Also I've S-Ranked Mascot Mayhem a lot, but, you don't get the "The Luckiest" Trophy. I mainly need the tip with Torment Therapy. Somebody help please.

This is a global bug, nobody get S rank in this and BB level yet. Wait for the fix.
