I have the same problem (or very similar), the text, graphics, basically the whole game seems pixelated, I´m almost 100% sure it´s because the game launches in another resolution that isn´t the native one of my monitor (4K), the resolution scale won´t go over 1.0, I tried disabling fullscreen optimizations too in the dark deception .exe file, but nothing solves my problem, any ideas?

Edit: I figured out my problem, the thing is, when you have high resolution monitors, you tend to zoom in windows´s text and icons (right click in desktop, display settings I think it is, before the last option, I don´t have windows in english) and the game doesn´t know how to handle this properly, so it zooms in and the result is some awful pixels everywhere, to fix this (I hope this is what are you refering to), you just have to set windows zoom to 100%.

P.S: Guys I mean that I need low graphics and low resolution (low-end) cuz i have bad PC.
