Deadly Decadence 3/4 Secrets Glitch

Unsure if anyone else has gotten this but I'm hoping so.

While trying to S Rank DD I've had to spend far too much time going through the manor, which means I have become incredibly attuned to the layout of the place, especially it's secrets.

However, despite me collecting all four secrets, the game will only ever give me credit for 3. Effectively locking me out of that sweet sweet achievement.

I wanted to bring it up here to ask if anyone has also gotten this glitch/conquered it. And if not, to spread awareness of this issue. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you have collected all 4? The one outside of the Manor appears twice. Not sure if you have to collect it 2 times but I always did. Also secrets count as collecting these files and not just finding a secret room. Make sure to pick up 4 files and maybe try to pick up the maze one twice.

As far as I know, you only need to collect the outside one first.

Are you sure you have them all? Because I had the same issue until I found out that the statue creation room secret has an actual secret file in a corner outside the room.

If you say which secrets you have (describing their locations) we can help you find the last secret

I had the same problem I got an S Rank (4/4 secrets) by getting the one outside the maze during the escape section not before I enter the mansion

I have a specific route of grabbing the one on the side of the maze, then once entering getting the "You Don't Need Her" Room Secret, then heading down to the secret loop t get that secret, then hitting the switch and going to the Statue Creation secret.

As far as I can tell, the game only registers that you got the outside one whilst escaping. Getting it immediately before entering the manor looks like it for some reason doesn't consider the secret unlocked. Same thing with the Mysterious Room, as it looks like teleporting through the wall and grabbing the secret before opening the path also forces the secret ti be overlooked.
