Steam Deck Solution, It Works!

I have made a custom controller layout for MySims and it works just fine. This is what you need to do:

Find MySims in your games library and click on it. On the right side of that screen is a little game pad icon, click on it. Under Current Button Layout, It should say: Gamepad With Joystick Trackpad, click on that and then at the top of the next screen scroll over to Community Layouts and click on it. You should then see a layout named: MySims Layout by Lady Lavender (there may be two but they are the same). Choose that and you should be good to go.

I will come back later to list the new controls in detail, as I'm a little short on time.

I've been using the default 'Keyboard & Mouse' option for the controller config on Deck for a few hours now but will be trying this out to see if it works any better, thank you!

Friendly reminder: You can save and share your controller profile so everyone can just download it by looking through created controller layouts for the game. This will be much easier than listing each individual control.
