[Suggestion] Outfits/Dolls Enchantment
I like collecting dolls, hats, and wings then putting them on display. but i feel like that they should have more purpose than putting them just for display.

Everytimes i got the same white tier or yellow tier stuff, i immediately exchange them for points. even if you rerolling affixes on them, i feel like it's better to just rerolls on red tier stuff instead.

Make it so that when you have the same stuff you can combine them to up their tier. the higher the tier the more same stuff you need to combine them. also when red tier got combine it should give bonus to specific affixes instead.

This design is difficult because, initially, there was no design for rare upgrades and what effects they would have after upgrading. Also, this effect is tricky to develop and directly integrate into the game. Maybe you could give me a good idea.

Hmm...i see, how about making them give the dolls that has weapon equipped buffs or unique effect(as if their cheering the dolls to win). each box series(weapons, hat, backpiece, and dolls) has their own special buff. so it give another purpose why the player collecting them other than display.

Example:
-I put all 14 weapons from Cyber sword(le frog one) blind box on Display. it give the dolls with weapon buff like reduce chip cooldown
-all 14 stuff from Soul Ruler blind box on Display, it give opponent doll debuff like intimidation that slow their movement or increase their chip cooldown

This is similar to the current use of buffs, so I can't think of any other uses.
This is a repetitive design.

Same, i feel like the idea going to be repetitive instead being unique. can't think a better option T-T

How about giving us the ability to upgrade an item's rarity for a huge price? As far as I understand, Red Tier gives better chances on re-rolling affixes to a red value than any non-red items. So in order for players to enjoy the costume at the same time have its combat advantages to be on par with other red items, you can let us just simply upgrade its rarity. (This is assuming that red items are statistically better than non-red, asides from their affixes RNG)

Rerolling stats cost around 120(?) points respectively, and based on how much players are earning on the end game, you can just let us give more control at higher prices (Like, 100K to upgrade rarity in red color,)

If you want, you can even let us pick the affix we want for our equipement for higher price too, so that we won't have to destroy the reroll button too
