How to select BIG/EASY/20G modes outside of Practice?

For Konoha, EASY/HARD can be selected via the arcade menu. In the practice menu, however, all modes other than Master have selectable options. Normal mode, for instance, has the options EASY, BIG, and 20G. How can I trigger these in regular games?

I hadn't even looked at the Practice. No, really, the game is starved of content and there's a hidden Big mode?.. I would totally trade that Konoha nonsense for a Big mode.
What else is there, Arika people, are you hiding a Sakura mode somewhere? 😅

I think only in Practice Mode for now. I believe that Mihara tweeted that hidden commands and mode modifiers were not implemented for the launch version. The only mode adjustment in Arcade Mode at the moment is Konoha Easy vs. Konoha Hard.
