FNAF 3 fan-game you've probably heard of.

For all who doesn't know, someone created a fan game called Five Nights at Freddy's 3.
Already it sounds like something that should be removed because it could cause confusion towards people who actually want to play FNAF 3.

This game uses assets from FNAF 1 AND 2, then blends them into the same game.
That is both copyright infringement and theft at the same time, the game doesn't require you to own FNAF 1+2 either.

It also steals a fan character called Candy The Cat that someone made, the game renamed it to Sugar.
The creator has not asked permission for this character to be used and has even been called out on it by the creator of Candy.

This game has since been removed and I'm glad of it, sure the concept sounds cool but it's not cool when you steal copyrighted art and files AND even fan made content without permission.

I only know that Yammimash played it, so you can check out his videos if you want to see what the game was like.

hm did not ever see the game so I didn't know weather copyright laws were broken...seems they were. Of course even if they hadn't Scott would have demanded its removal.

Scott did demand its removal. Mainly because it used his assets.

Scott did demand its removal. Mainly because it used his assets.

I saw the post, I can`t blame scott. No one should steal his whole time and effort to make fnaf 1 and 2 then someone shoves a dagger in his back and twist the blade and steal not only his things but some elses. Scott could of sued him.
