Reason #0: The phone guy is alive.
But you mentioned yourself in Reason #2 that you've played to the very last night . . . where he basically straight-up admits that the game is a prequel . . . so I'm not sure what you're trying to prove here. Still, good call on the paycheck. I didn't even notice that initially. Sadly, I remember that wage.
ORIGINAL BY BeaM (Harem) on his Tumblr page, ill give a link to it :D

Why FNAF2 is a Pre-Sequel
SOLID FACTS:
1) A few logs hint at the game being a prequel to the first game such as; The first game mentions in the first call “They used to be allowed to walk around during the day, but not anymore.” and in the second game it says “They are allowed to roam around even during the day” among other hints in the calls.
2) None of the animatronics look anything like the first game, almost as if concepts of designs were taken and made less scary to be more kid friendly.
3) The owners in the first game are cheap, as if they are having to save money due to having spent too much money.
4) You get more money in your paycheck in your first game than in the second, like inflation would cost your minimum wage to go up.
5) The check in the second game has the date of 11-12-87 on it. The first game mentions the “bite of ‘87” and the second game makes no mention of the bite of ‘87, so the bite must have happened during or after the events of the second game.
6) The first call in the second game mentions that the “old” animatronics were being retrofitted with SOME of the new animatronic software. Not necessarily all of it.
7) The calls mention the name of the old DINER (not pizzeria) called something like Fazbear’s Family Diner.
8) The morning shift suddenly becomes open and the phone guy SAYS he will “probably take the night shift himself”. The first game starts with him explaining that “I used to be the night guard before you, but this is my last week.”, also explaining how he was still alive until night 4 of the first game in which he is then killed.
9) A call mentions that someone has stolen a golden Freddy outfit. Also, the cops are beginning an investigation by night 4/5.
10) The animatronics in the first game were not phased by flashing lights yet the new ones apparently are as a shut off protocol.
11) Cut scenes show the first game’s animatronics and the Chica you see looks nothing like the “old” one.
Story being pieced together:
The story begins as you are now working to guard this new Pizzeria in 1987. You watch the animatronics and attempt to survive as things begin to transpire in the morning. By night 3 or 4 someone has stolen a yellow Freddy suit. As in the lore of the first game, this may mean the morning employee has taken the suit to lure kids into the back closet to kill them.
By night 6, the morning shift is open and you are asked to work it for a birthday party if you are able to make it through night 6. The phone guy then takes over while you work the next morning until the business is then shut down for a time. Upon returning, the phone guy takes the night shift and is killed on night 4 of his shift. The first game’s events then transpire where Mike learns about some of these things but is then fired due to “tampering”.
Speculation:
-The first guard employee took the suit and began killing/kidnapping children after asking to be moved to the morning shift.
-The bite of ‘87 wasn’t a child, but the employee who attempted to steal a 6th child but was stopped in his attempt by an animatronic who had earlier in the week seen him take a child and in response, due to being connected to the criminal database, bit off his frontal lobe to protect the children.
-The animatronics were upgraded and new exoskeletons made in their design as an attempt to replace the cute animatronics, which were confiscated for the police to investigate the deaths and missing children.
-The company by the first game is now in a lot of debt to pay for getting the new exoskeletons, dealing with police, paying the families of the dead children, etc. and must save power and money to keep running at this point.
-The building was refitted with doors and some areas torn down or replaced in the time the place was closed for investigation to prevent future disaster involving employee death.
-The reason the phone guy is afraid of the old animatronics is that the old business they were in had been closed for some time DUE to incidents involving the animatronics becoming hostile or malfunctioning due to the time being when animatronics were first being made and tested.
-The tampering done in the first game may have been done by the marionette, who seems to have some influence on the events of the first game due to cut scenes then revealing he was there.
-The marionette took the souls of children and put them in the first game’s suits, thus “giving life” as in the mini game does.
This is what I have gathered with my friend after closely examining the logs and story of both the games.

In the first game you get 120$ for the first five nights, and then extra 50 cents for night 6.
120+ 50 cents= 120.50$
In the FNAF 2 you get 100.50$ for five days, then 20.10$ for overtime.
100.50+ 20.10= 120.60$.
So you do get 10 cents more in FNAF 2.
But in the end, he earns more money then the dude in the first game.
The phone guy states himself that this is the new place
Who said he couldn't explain it again? You do know that the person you play as is totally different from the dude you play as in the first game, right?
1) Retrofitting means making something look/work old-fashioned but really isn't in style/working condition otherwise. Now if this was 1987, that woudn't make much sense.
2) In a teaser for the game, it states (with a picture of Bonnie and Toy Bonnie next to each other) "Something borrowed... Something new..." the "new" side being Toy Bonnie, and the "borrowed" side being Old Bonnie.
3) Phone Guy's messages are all pre-recorded (obviously), but who said he couldn't had made a coulple sets of messages for different people? Or maybe the Phone Guy (this one's less likley) actully survived the attack and lived to tell his story longer (now that's canon).
I could go on forever but your comment is long as hell.
Also, a good 90% of theroies in this game are canon, so you can't prove anything until Scott says something.
P.S: It doesn't matter it it's a prequel or not, it's still pretty damn scary. =)
*Numbers mark those i will explain more correctly.
FNAF 3 (We dont get this yet)
Here you get hired for part time job cause of investigation cause of killing chilldrens in golden Freddy's suit who is the suspect? 1.Phone Guy! so you get into his job and he already grab few chilldrens and stuffed them into the suits to escape an allert and then an arrest. Why do i think so? ... Yes Phone guy talking about restaurant before and acting like he "did not know nothing about it" but he actualy knows and he is just stressed from a past afraid he get cought again. so now again youre a first security guard who take a 5 nights + some 2 for the killer who is Phone guy who actuly is a killer and in FNAF 3 you get a first touch on how a animatronics being haunted. That's also explain why theire haunted in FNAF 2 did not anyone noticed that?
The old anymatronics are haunted already so the kids had to be killed already.
After you get propably killed as a first incident (Cause the abort of a investigation and they did not find out anything cause phone guy cleaned all traces) in Freddy's restaurant history you get stuffed into first Freddy that's why you see "IT'S ME" in a FNAF 2 before you get killed. You in a FNAF 2 playing in Freddy suit as a first guard (First victim) of Freddy's restaurant.
FNAF 2
You get there as a another person and Phone guy already know what the hell is happening. So he give you a mask cause of HIM make new anymatronics messy cause they was recognizing him so he tempted with them and try to cover himself from their new system. So he get a week off to figure out what next. Then you got to Night six where was a BD party i am right? ... Phone guy make you on day shift cause he thought he can blame it on you. Suddenly godlen suit appear and Bite happens propably you get bitten and killed making (Phone Guy) out of suspection and you dead. Which was a master plan but we all know he is a mastermind (Notice most of people who think twice as much or fast have their vocabulary sometimes limited or pausy time to time) So yeah i guess its a killer in my opinion.
FNAF
Restaurant is low on budgget and buy much smaller buidling. Phone guy insisted on making those doors cause he would know a kids and first guard will wanted to kill him. That's also why he did know about what will happen. He had few night and then he know it will never stop hunt him and quit a job trying to give few tips to a last guy before animatronics get tooo powerfull to kill him somehow even at home. You leave at a Night 7 cause of tempting with animatronics like a only character from FNAF series who did not get killed.
The end of my theory what do you think folks?
1.He knows everything and is alot of informed and he trying to hide that like nobody would know about that ... or so he is just not himself ... he is totaly hiding something you can notice that.
Phone Guy's messages aren't all pre-recorded. On night 6, Phone Guy says something along the lines of "What are you still doing here, didn't you get the memo? "Someone stole the Golden Freddy suit from the back, take the day shift if you get through this, it would be to dangerous to leave in the middle of the night" - Something along those lines. Anyway, Phone Guy was talking as if the messages weren't pre-recorded, but rather as if he was talking to you directly.
I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure Phone Guy mentioned receiving the 'old' animatronics from some diner, and that he didn't know how they got in the state they were in (Bonnies ripped off face, etc).
It's known Phone Guy died in the first one - He even asks you if you can check the suits in the backroom.
The company spent alot of money on the 'new' animatronics (New Freddy, New Bonnie, etc) - In the newspaper at the end, they state that they will be 'Reopening, but with a much smaller budget'.
On an unrelated note, regarding the bite of 87 - I wonder if it was Jeremy himself (The guy you play as) who got bitten. I mean, he was instructed to 'stay close to the animatronics' the next day (For the twin's birthday party). If he was close to the animatronics (To prevent anything bad happening to the childern), he might have been bitten. That would explain why you don't hear of Jeremy in FnAF1.
The dayshift guard, this is why the shift opens up
