i say this because in i think night 1 2 or 3 phone guy says that the kids kept taking her apart so they made her a take apart put together project so my guess is that one of the kids put 2 heads on her and said "yay i did it"

I mean, everyone carries a spare animatronic head around, especially kids.

Actually the second head is jush his endoskeleton head with his right eye. The other "head is just the Mask the Mangle has that's supposed to cover the endoskeleton head.

I've worked with animatronic parts in my past, and I know that the mask head is a totally different part than the actual base head.
The base head is basically like an organic skull, just part of the skeleton, and also where some of the animatronic devices reside.
The mask head is sort of like... The face, a layer of skin.
I think the reason behind this is because if the actual animatronic devices were visable, they might make the character look ugly, or even scary to the children.
The endo-skeleton may be what enables the animatron to move around and stuff, but the costume, and face included, is what makes the animatron appealing to the children.

So the second head Roxy has (What I call Mangle), is really just her skull, it's still technically the same head.

it cant be just the mask cause if you get killed by her you can see all of the peices of the endo and also if your going to say the endo has the other eye if you lok at her in the kids cove on the FLOOR is her other eye

Kid's just like re-built,and about the radio static...The kids probably accidently put police's radio into Mangle?Cause the company keep rebuilt Mangle til they give up to do with it.Idk about the eye on the floor since Mangle already have pair of eyes...
Btw,its not 2 heads.If its 2 heads,how come Mangle can fit with 1 mask.Kid's rebuilt everything,also on the head,they put the head into half.Or quarter head and 1quarter head?idk.Theories still theories.(That means 50 50 true or false.)

Iv noticed that mangle actually has 2 diffrent suit heads. One white and pink and fluffy the other more pokeball style, its possible mangle just has 2 heads and taks of the mask heads for some unknown reason, or they fall off. I mean mangle isnt put back together at the end of the day so its possible.

I just had a look at evey mangle image i could find from the game and he actually seems to be 2 animatronics, he has 4 hands 4 feet and extra limbs. Basically fromthe headit connects to the top of the torso connector which is a random assortamnt of arms and legs witht he torsos at the end, almost like a snake.
