Mangle does kill you, so pretty much what the other bots do.
i've also seen some speculation saying that the noise she makes will draw more animatronics towards you once she's in the office, but i've seen no evidence reinforcing that either.

What...?
what what?
They tried to remake Foxy, ya know? Uh, they thought the first one was too scary, so they redesigned him to be more kid-friendly and put him in Kid's Cove. To keep the toddlers entertained, you know...But kids these days just can't keep their hands to themselves. The staff literally had to put Foxy back together after every shift. So eventually they stopped trying and left him as some 'take apart and put back together' attraction. Now he's just a mess of parts. I think the employees refer to him as just "The Mangle."
- Phone Guy
Notice that he specifically says 'he'.
In any case, it seems that Mangle will randomly decide to attack you, otherwise he just creepily hangs on the ceiling and supposedly attracts the other animatronics to attack you more frequently. It's possible that Mangle will just stay up there until 6 and leave you alone, but it's a gamble. To keep it away, you have to put the freddie head on when it peaks through the right vent, and wait for the sound cue that it's gone away.
eh, not that convinced. he begins that spiel by talking about the original foxy and the fact that he was being remade, not mangle directly. he's probably just using that identity for foxy because it's what he recognizes foxy's character as (and because foxy's his faaavorite). but if they were trying to redesign an animatronic to be more kid-friendly, especially aimed towards toddlers, effeminate changes probably wouldn't be unexpected.
also who lets something with that many metal teeth near their child
