Watching cameras is still useless

This is a default I found disturbing in FNAF, and I'm disappointed it wasn't fixed in FNAF2 : you have a dozen of cameras to watch killer animatronics (which is an awesome game concept), but watching at them is useless and even gets you killed at higher difficulties. So the best pattern is still the same : check vents and door lights, toggle camera to watch Foxy (in FNAF1) or the music box (in FNAF2) and ignore the ten other cameras.

There should be a game mechanic to force you to watch through all the cameras. For example, the animatronics are less active for an in-game hour if you flash lights at them from the camera, but once they reach your office, it's game over.

i always thought that instead of a music box to wind, there be a music player like a CD player or a radio that is set to play fun music for a limited amount of time. that way, people can still look at the other cameras, and they just need to switch back an even amount of times to make sure to replay the tape or CD

its either this or make it so that if you arent watching the cameras other than the music box the animatronics can get to you quicker if you dont catch them on a moniter first. so you basically have to catch them in another room or they only stay within that room for a shorter amount of time.

or use both ideas, because the first idea still allows for screen camping the marionette.

they should make the lights have a cooldown but not use any power, that would fix it (except the hall in front of you)
