Dealing with old animatronics

I got killed putting the mask on and not putting it on. i put the mask on as fast as i could but bonnie keeps killing me. Do you just have to be super fast putting it on? i would appreciate a reply im stuck on night 3.

you gotta put the mask on before they are in the room with you. But, if you shine the ligh on them in the hallway, which most/ all old animatronics do. You can prevent them from entering, like you would with foxy. Each animatronic has a distinct path and sound. Freddy just walks straight towards you, chica likes to catch you by surprise, bonnie like to try and lurk around the doorway.

in-short:
keep your camera feed on the puppet. Shine your light on the hallway frequently. Check the vents through light button.

So basically seeing them in the room is kinda like having your door's jammed in the first one, the point of no return. Maybe too put on the mask instantly as a pattern whenever u close the camera's. just in case there about to get you before they get too close.

This games alot tougher i dont think i died once till the 4th night on the first fnaf. ive died 3 times on the 1st night on this one damn.

From what I noticed, Bonnie, Freddy, and Chica appear in the room with no warning. Gotta check them vents more frequently.

for some reason for me freddy always just stands there in front of the door watching

If they pop up right in front of you when you put the camera away, you have a split second to put the mask on. Also, when Old Bonnie enters the room, keep the mask on for a bit after he leaves; He tries to trick you and will still kill you if you put it away soon as he leaves.

i-i experienced a mortifying minigame... look at my *mouh agape and staring at screen thread*... i-i dont know what to make of it
