Who was Balloon Boy?

This is completely a well thought out theory and I am not in any way trying to pass it off as fact. Dikwipe discretion is advised.

Most of the animatronics have some form of backstory that can be figured out but what about Balloon Boy. He is never mentioned by the phone guy or in the death minigame. There are alot of theories about what he is, like a hallucination, a teddy, a plastic statue, a balloon, but most of them speculate that he has no endoskeleton, but my theory is about what he was. Before he came to the restaurant. My theory is that he was the bite victim of 1987. Now hold your fire. For this now just forget all the other theories of who got bit and just work with me here.

First of all, he is the only human character in the establishment, who looks way too small and kid like to be an adult, he also speaks like a kid when he says "Hi" and "Hello", so it supports that a kid got bit in the restaurant in 1987, the year this game is set in. Now this is in November, so there was plenty of time for it to happen in the early months of the year and play it off.

Second of all, his laughing. Surely if a kid got bit in the establishment, they would have been having fun moments before the bite, which would explain the laughing, kinda.

Thirdly, his "attack". Balloon boy puts an image of a young kid in our heads, so surely he wouldn't want to kill you, and if he had been bit earlier in the year, maybe he just doesnt know how to kill yet, but he leaves you prone to an attack from another animatronic. And which animatronic is that? Foxy. Foxy, one of the most popular choices for who bit the kid. Coinsidence? Maybe.

Also, this would explain why phone guy doesn't talk about balloon boy. He wouldn't want the new security guard to think he was in any danger so he could get rid of him hopefully.

Now, things against this. Not theories against this, but proper confirmed game material. First of all, in the first game, Phone Guy says that the victim lived. Now there could be many alternatives for this. He mights not want to scare Mike, he might have been told that the kid lived anyway, or that, supporting 'The Game Theory's' breakdown of the the murderer was, it was him, and the company payed him to finish the kid off. So, if phone guy was told that the kid lived, what happened to the kid? Maybe the establishment finished the kid off so he couldn't tell which animatronic did it or if it was them or something, but basically thinking it would be bad for their buisness. So I think that the staff, or the GF killer (if its one of the staff at the company) finished him off and stuffed him inside of balloon boy, to make sure he couldn't get the company shut down if they had no evidence that anyone got bit. This would also explain why when you look into Balloon Boy's mouth, it is covered with plastic, so you can't in any way look inside and see the dead corpse of the kid.

Things I cannot explain though are what happened to the kids parents (surely they'd try and sue the company unless the staff killed them too which seems a bit far fetched) and why he isnt in the death minigame.

Now, I know this theory is kinda confusing, especially the last part, but i'm sure that if you get your head around it, then you can understand where I am coming from. I am completely up for critisism in the comments and a fair discussion, but i am not up for stuff like:

"THIS IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AND NOT TRUE BECAUSE 'FNAFTHEORYEXPLAIN' ON YOUTUBE PROVES THAT BALLOON BOY USED TO BE A POTATO" or anything along those lines. I am in no way trying to pass this off as fact, it is merely a theory I came up with. Thanks for reading.
