Can Withered Bonnie See through the mask?

Bonnie gets in my office, right? No big deal. I put on the mask, and he usually wanders away. However, he can sometimes jump scare me even when I have my mask on. Is this normal?

You have less than a second to put on the mask. Withered Bonnie attacks if you weren't fast enough.

I know that, and I have always put my mask on in time. But after a couple seconds, he sees right through me. It's like the game thinks I'm taking off my mask while he's still there.

i could be wrong, but im pretty sure you need to wait a but longer after the room is no longer blacked out, could be wrong though

You really need to be spamming the mask on every time when you come out of the camera, or have a good reaction time when he pulls down your camera. The only way to die from Withered Bonnie is to be too slow, or for a bug to occur.

somtimes i put on the mask instantly but after a few seconds he still gets me even when i dont take it off
