Heroes Over Europe removed from Steam

Does anyone have any information regarding the removal of this title from Steam?

Try Warezing it. It is great game. Really loved playing this game. Amazing mechanics, voice acting, and those ace kills ah yeah. Loved it

No, they never answered and the PR had no information. Just another game being thrown away and forgotten.

Heroes over Europe was delisted on Steam on September 1st, 2015. The Xbox 360 Games on Demand version was likely also delisted around this same time. Transmission Games was originally known as IR Gurus and after changing their name in 2008 they were acquired by an unnamed investor and shut down late in 2009. Copyright information on the game’s Steam page stated that Transmission Games owned the trademark rights to Heroes over Europe. The delisting then seems to be related to expired licensing as the company was no longer in operation in order to renew the arrangement or sell its license to an active party.
