How do i open the swindon gate?

You should be able to escape the town via a hole hidden behind some planks on the back wall.

Then walk/drive around to the other side and there will be a functioning control panel you can use. This should open up the gate.

The hole is not anymore in the Swindon wall.

He meant there is a new hole in the back wall, look behind the area were you spawn.
