Probably not in game yet. I suspect getting it will involve tossing berries in the toilet or something, but currently that has no effect.

I've thought about running into berries with the Hell Truck, I doubt anyone has tried it.

I just tried both the flamethrower and your idea, no go on either. Your idea sent the Hell Truck flying out of town and killed me, the flamethrower just killed the berry, or pushed it through the map I'm not really sure which. Worth the try though lolz
