Orange Super Hero Costume?

How come only Gaz and Hal can use it, and what happend to the developer costumes, GAZ and HAL, that was in my portaloo or as some may say, wardrobe?

They're dev exclusive. I'm pretty sure Gaz said they were on the map, but unreachable

What do you mean when you say you tried? Do you mean you tried "Looking" for the Costumes?

Gaz and Hal are currently either unreachable or unavailible, they are meant for the devs, and the Amazing Frog? costume is currently only in the acrade game in the hideout

i saw somebody else with the Gaz and Hal costumes, i think it was MattShea during a video where he rescued every cat.

They were given to every player last update, but took them away in the current one

They are under the map. If you use the gun and aim close to the wall and use the jet pack to fly you can glitch through a wall.
