how do i get the snowman costume
i have 321 snowman kills and still didnt get it

there is a chart at the spawn point with how many snowmen killed and how big your snowball is look around the spawn area you cant miss it.

I found a bug where you can have it get bigger as you carry it, then just walked in a circle for a while

Found it from experimenting, it needs to touch the ground to activate so roll it some to get it about half the size of you then roll it on a wall till it's larger than you are
