How to progress in Amazing Frog?

Hi, I'm new to the Amazing Frog? game. I'm having fun exploring Swindon, but what am I supposed to do to progress and find out what lies beyond those huge walls surrounding Swindon?

Go into main city hall and get the citizen fapp and than throw away garbage, put criminals in jail, kill zombies etc. Eventually you'll earn enough to unlock something that will help you bypass the wall :)

I can say how to do it without citizen points. Go to south wall from spawn, when you see the wooden planks, you should broke it, and you see a hole in swindon wall. Enjoy

How do I know which way is south?

Also, that one skyscraper top in Swindon has a completely enclosed skateboarding half pipe. Once I land in, I can't get out. Is there a way to get out of there without restarting the level?

In the hideout you go through the out of order blue toilet, revealing a room. Go into the other blue toilets to change your clothes.

Also to get out of the halfpipe you should run up the wall and then jump right before you slide down.
