Few things that I need help with.

Can I set Suskeron planet to be PVE and rest of the world PvP? How would I do that?
Also, is there a way to add automatic messages or welcome screen that would show for all players? I like that popup that shows up for tutorial, so is it possible to make something like that for welcome with server info on it?" Thank you!!
