Your integrated GPU is definitely fast enough. This is a game from 2008 that lists cards like the Radeon 9600 as a minimum requirement, a card from 2003 that had just 128 MBytes of VRAM.

Your GPU is many, many times more powerful. I'm certain that you crank up most details of this gorgeous game. There might be performance issues once your settlements reach a certain size, but that also depends on your CPU and whether or not your notebook is running on battery power, since that usually means reduced power in favor of longer battery life.

I'm playing on my laptop with the HD Graphics 3000, I assume the 5500 is a better card. Yes the cut scenes are laggy, but the game runs pretty much okay.
