That GPU seems to be quite below the minimum requirement though.

That's for 1080p 30fps, you could decrease the resolution but I don't really know if that would give you stable fps.
I'm not really that experienced and performance can be hard to estimate so take that with a grain of salt.
Anno 1404 should work fine though. Maybe 2070 as well.
