Anno 1800 requirements for a mac book pro , pls help !

hello ,

i am thinking to to buy a new mac book pro or a refubrished one but i struggle to identify the proper requirements to run the game lag free, may you pls tell me if i can run anno 1800 with the follow specs :

13.3-inch MacBook Pro 2.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 with Retina display

Touch Bar with integrated Touch ID sensor

13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit display with IPS technology; 2560-by-1600 native resolution at 227 pixels per inch

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655

Mainly i am worried about the graphic card , thank you fellows !!

None of the Anno games support MacOS so you would need something to run Windows programs like installing Windows on your Mac or programs like Paralleles or Boot Camp or Wine (might not work).

That GPU seems to be quite below the minimum requirement though.

That's for 1080p 30fps, you could decrease the resolution but I don't really know if that would give you stable fps.

I wouldn't really expect it to run well if it's even playable.

I'm not really that experienced and performance can be hard to estimate so take that with a grain of salt.

I think it would be fine (apart from the OS requirement) as the MacBook is 2019, but it's the smaller one. Game is from 2009 guys. I would expect it to run smoothly at 60-80% graphics settings.

He is talking about Anno 1800, not 1404.
Anno 1404 should work fine though. Maybe 2070 as well.

Will 1800 even run on lowest possible settings for 1680x1050? on Phenom 2 945 (3GHz), 6Gb RAM and Radeon 6570 1Gb (DX11), HDD 640Gb, Win 7 64-bit?

Unfortunately not, no. Phenom processors are not supported in Anno 1800. This is confirmed in our system requirements which you can find here[support.ubisoft.com]

Pretty nice how ubisoft is actually reading the forums. Only big publisher i can think of that does that.
