Any suggestions if anyones beating the harder difficulties yet? I am on world 6 china town easy and, well, wondering if there is any good characters that would get me through harder difficulties. Since I may play the game again

I beat this game in easy mode and it told me to press START to get the reward. Then I closed the game and opened it again and couldn't find the police. I went to the police who told me to restore HP and SP for $15 but I couldn't get him into the group.

Fresh install, and there's no sound. I hit F1 and turned the sound on and off, I verified the integrity, I uninstalled and re-installed, I turned my headphones on and off, I checked other games for sound and they were all fine, I tried mashing the keyboard, and at this point I don't know if it's a bug, or if it's been so long since I last played it that I forgot that the game just doesn't have any sound. Which would be really odd, and you'd think I would remember that....

I bought the guide for one reason, to help pick a party for hard mode (first playthrough) and the guide spoils everything (of course) except for a description of the skills that characters get. Sure, it says what skills the characters get and when, but that doesn't help me put together a team when I don't know what those skills do......
