Your two options are:
SpriterDotNet.Unity: https://brashmonkey.com/forum/index.php?/topic/4477-spriterdotnetunity/
and Spriter2UnityDX: https://brashmonkey.com/forum/index.php?/topic/3993-spriter-for-unity-50/
SpriterDotNet.Unity supports nearly all Spriter features, but does not convert the animations into native Unity format animations.
Spriter2UnityDX does NOT support all Spriter features (it supports most) but it DOES convert all the animations into native Unity format.
Be sure you're using the latest version of either one, and be sure you are not using features in your animation that are not supported by that particular solution.
If there are still any issues, I highly recommend you contact the developer of the solution you are using via the forum threads I linked to above, as they are the best equipped to trouble-shoot and help you.

I suggest you post in the Spriter2Unity DX thread and try to get help from the developer and other's who use Unity. You're much more likely to get quick and helpful answers that way.
cheers.

I wished there an option to push solve issues into a pin post and add a title on it, so, that noobs won't be easily intimidated to use the forums for answer. just my two cent.
Here's a copy of it (I've put arrows before the most relevant part for you):
Known Issues:
-Pivot points that are assigned on the canvas. Right now if you do this, your sprite will be misaligned when imported in Unity. I am planning on creating a fix for this on the next update, but not sure when that will be. For now, just set the default pivot point instead.
-On a related note, NOT setting any default pivot points at all will also cause irregular behavior.
>>>>>>-In some cases, the importer will endlessly loop. A workaround is manually setting your texture files to Sprite in the import settings. I have not figured out the cause for this but hopefully it'll be fixed in a future update.
-Bones that are added later during animations are perpetually disabled.
-The only supported curve types are smooth ones.

Basically, make sure your project is set to 2d and manually set your texture files to Sprite in the import settings. Also, in general make sure you have the latest version of Unity and Spriter2UnityDX and make sure you are not using Spriter features that Spriter2Unity can not import.
Are you using any custom speed curves?
Did you set default pivot points for your images before you began animating?
Are you using any advanced or experimental features like "skin mode"?
Thanks.
