Spriter won't launch

For whatever reason, whenever I try to launch Spriter, the whole "Steam is preparing to launch Spriter" flashes for a split second, and then nothing happens.

This is the first time trying to load up Spriter, so I don't have a clue what's wrong.

I read something saying that Cintiq drivers may be the cause. I'm not using a Cintiq but a Bamboo instead, and I don't know if that interferes as well. I tried looking, but I don't know how to disable the drivers.

I'm running Windows 8 64-bit, NVidia Geforce GTX 960M and Intel HD Graphics 4600 graphics card, and I've got Kaspersky on.

I've already verified the cache, and redownloaded, but no luck.

@Lucid: You're right, I've got a new laptop last week and I stop using the old one. So it was my first time installing Spriter Pro on it. I will try to follow your instructions and will get back to you with the results.

EDIT: Here are the results:

- I installed visual studio runtime 32 and 64 bits, the game still doesn't run.
- Then, I downloaded and tried to installed the non-steam version. Here is the error message I've got (sorry it's in french since I'm french native speaker):
<<Impossible de démarrer le programme car il manque VCOMP120.DLL sur votre ordinateur. Essayez de reinstaller le programme pour corriger ce problème.>>

@Lord Mystirio - try copying vcomp120.dll from your Windows/System32 folder to the same folder as Spriter.exe
