How To: Fixing missing libs on Ubuntu 21
Based on this article: https://www.sebastian-schlegel.de/spriter-unter-ubuntu-18-04/

You know there are missing libs if you are running spriter pro on linux.
You need to download the correct packages, extract the lib-files of it and paste these files into the spriter directory.

Here are the links to download the deb packages for ubuntu linux:
- http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gst-plugins-base0.10/libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-0_0.10.36-2ubuntu0.2_amd64.deb
- http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gstreamer0.10/libgstreamer0.10-0_0.10.36-1.2ubuntu3_amd64.deb

Step 1) Download the 3 deb-packages.
Step 2) Extract the "x86_64-linux-gnu"-folder of each deb-package to your download-directory.
Step 3) Copy all files inside the "x86_64-linux-gnu"-folder from your download-directory to your spriter directory.
Step 4) Run Spriter.

Tested on Linux Mint 21 Vanessa @ 2022-10-27.
