Even more, this is why I'm not buying 2 copies. :/
Pretty surprising that there's no online co-op given that they went through the trouble doing netcode for the vs multiplayer. Disappointing. Hopefully it comes one day!

Came here to ask this, was gonna ask my friend who lives HALFWAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY FROM ME if he wanted to play it but now I'm not gonna bother. :/
Welp, you convinced me to not buy this really fast.
Was looking forward to getting two copies and playing with my friend but I guess not.
That's probably because it's an incredibly stupid decision. Do they really think this game's online will thrive? Are they insane? Online coop would have been played for decades.
