Then report this very same situation to the Ubi$oft's "Support" site[www.ubisoft.com] because it may have been caused by their Assassin's Creed: Origins update to prevent it from clashing with Windows 11 with its "24h2" patch.

Hi Froes,

I'm sorry to hear that your game won't launch.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting in the link below and go through any of the steps you may not have tried, then try again:

However, if the issue persists could you please confirm your PC specifications.

Did all of that and still nothing. My pc spec are pretty good. Dont know what to do now
I also have this same problem, I just bought the game and I can't open it because it tells me to connect to a Uplay account, but when I try it warns me that there is a problem with the server.
Experiencing same problem as this one, would anyone help how to resolve this issue.
I managed to open the game! You just need to open it with the Ubisoft Connect launcher
same i bought ac2 and revelation ( revelation worked but when i launch ac2 ) it tells me that it's impossible to downloand ubisoft files and ubisoft bugs too much ... i've done all steps up

I'm pleased to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by launching Ubisoft Connect, I had just replied to your other thread before seeing this post.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing an issue connecting to the servers.

Please make sure you are using the Ubisoft Connect launcher rather than the Uplay launcher as mentioned by Gabriel o Desbanido, as Uplay is an old launcher.

You can download the Ubisoft Connect launcher here.[www.ubisoft.com]

I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists.

I would also recommend trying each of the following:

- Ensure your game is running on a dedicated GPU rather than an integrated GPU - https://ubi.li/q0hCX
- Clear Ubisoft Connect cache - https://ubi.li/uNKwr
- Add the game to the white list of your anti virus software
- Launch the game in Windows compatibility mode if you are using Windows 11 - https://ubi.li/h0VCZ
- Perform a SFC scan - https://ubi.li/OYBuj
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (extra monitors, controllers, VR equipment, etc.)
- Uninstall the game and Ubisoft Connect, then reinstall them on the same drive as your OS - https://ubi.li/cf8hs

Hi JozefWazza10,

I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing an issue with Assassin's Creed 2. As your issue sounds different, could you please create a new post and provide a screenshot of the error message you are getting, thanks.
