Assasins creed Spanish audio with english ui and subs

hi I'm learning Spanish and want to play with the audio in Spanish but with the subtitles and ui in English, is there anyway to do this?
I have looked at the options but I can only change my game from English to Italian.

Thank you for your message about your issue to change the language in game. It could be that the version of your game only has English or Italian available.

However, in order to try to add Spanish, could you verify the language options from the main menu when lauching your game directly?

In addition, you could also try to right click on your game in the Steam library, then access ''Properties'' and verify if you can change the language from there.
