I contacted the french support using a chat. But they told me it was impossible to activate the deluxe content in ac2 manually.

I understand you've not been able to access the extra content from the AC2 Deluxe edition, despite that it's still available for purchase on Steam. This is something our teams are currently investigating.
In the meantime, if you'd purchased the game within the last two weeks, you may be entitled to a refund. Here's Steam's support article describing how to go about that.

To clarify, is this issue occurring with a purely Ubisoft Connect version of the game, and not on a Steam version?
