how do I enable ac2 deluxe edition ?
everytime I want to enter the key (extra > activate extra content) : it says that it can't reach ubisoft servers so I can't have access to it although I payed it and this content is still sold on steam.

hello, thanks for everything.
I contacted the french support using a chat. But they told me it was impossible to activate the deluxe content in ac2 manually.
I don't understand.

Hi Kamazoultane, thanks for coming back to us about this. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I understand you've not been able to access the extra content from the AC2 Deluxe edition, despite that it's still available for purchase on Steam. This is something our teams are currently investigating.

In the meantime, if you'd purchased the game within the last two weeks, you may be entitled to a refund. Here's Steam's support article describing how to go about that.

Please let me know if you've any questions about this at all.

To clarify, is this issue occurring with a purely Ubisoft Connect version of the game, and not on a Steam version?

If so, I can only suggest you try out the steps from the PC technical support article [www.ubisoft.com] and if your issue continues also contact Ubisoft support via email [www.ubisoft.com] to see what other help they can offer for this.

I apologize in the meantime for any inconvenience caused.

thank you for replaying i just want to ask one more qeustion i have AC2 delux edition on my ubisoft acc i got the game from G2A becuse there is no where else to buy the delux edition is old it aged like fine wine but i loved to have that templar lairs and bonus skin i hope you can help me with that asap sorry again for boterhing you about this.
