This CD Key or Activation Code is not valid .Please try again.

I just bought the game and when @UPLAY request for Activate a key, I key in the one steam gave me. And.....
This CD Key or Activation Code is not valid .Please try again.

Please Help!

Otherwise, please also give these steps a try and let us know if you have any success;

Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files within Steam: https://ubi.li/0ttse

Then please try relaunching the game

I'm struggling as well. Maybe they gave us all dlc and not base game activation keys? I'm scouring the internet and I'm turning up empty.
