Thats not true. If I play counterstrike global offensive, my fps and hz is locked at 120. If I do fps_max "60". It doesnt feel smooth. You only can see difference on high Hz screens. If your playing on 60Hz, you wont see more if you got higher than 60fps.
It would be better with 120fps, but its not a big issue.
There is so much wrong with this statement.
We're on PC. We shouldn't have to deal with FPS caps like consoles have.

If someone asks for a recipe to cook potato's, he's not asking for advice if potato's are healthy. He's CERTAINLY not asking for advice like "make rice instead".
So. I have the same problem. I have a 165 hz monitor, is there ANY way to get this game up and running above 60 FPS, even when you selected the 2k resolution with 144 hz?
