(help) stuck while sequence 12 complete

i get stuck after sequence 12 completed.i get white screen but im still get moving.
someone have same trouble?

Google isn't helpful at all. Reinstall didn't help.

Does anyone have an idea...?

i just fast traveled to monterigioni and back. worked. its hard to get to a fast travel station with a white screen. but it solved the bug for me.

I did the same, I blindly went back to the nearest fast travel station and went back to where I came from. Then everything was fine. :)

I did what Codebreaker said and this worked for me too but my game wasn't playing as smoothly after the white screen problem.
I had ended my previous days game at the end of session 11. New day, new session (12). As the game uploaded, I noticed that out of the blue, Ubisoft cloud synchronization icon appeared, which it hadn't prior to this. Why would I notice this?. Well I've probably started and stopped this game a thousand times to view Youtube for playing tips. So I wondered if this cloud thing could be my problem and I went into the Uplay tool section and in the settings section, I disabled cloud synchronization and my game is back to normal.

i just made a combat with a guard, basically killed myself and then all became normal
