Assassin's Creed 2 After I kill Francesco de' Pazzi the game throws me out. Help!

I just finished the quest where you need to save Lorenzo and then kill Francesco de' Pazzi. I chased and killed him, and after that the game autosaved and threw me out. Everytime I want to load the last save (in this case the autosave) it instantly throws me out of the game without any error note. Any tips how to solve this?

Thanks it worked :) Now I have a problem with the charachters voices, but at least the game works
