Question about Assassin's Creed DLC

I have the Assassin's Creed Ezio Trilogy for Playstation 3 and I just started playing AC II. But back when I was researching these games I found out about all the DLC released for them. I was hoping to get this DLC however I'm only interested in DLC for single player. So for the Ezio trilogy games I found the available DLC is:

AC II: The Battle Of Forli, Bonfire Of The Vanities, and Templar Lair
AC: Brotherhood: Copernicus Conspiracy and The Da Vinci Disappearance
AC: Revelations: The Lost Archive

Am I missing anything?

Anyway I've been looking for it in The Playstation Store but all I could find were The Battle Of Forli and Bonfire Of The Vanities for $3.99 each. However while googleing this stuff I thought I saw somewhere that those two mission packs were in The Ezio Trilogy Set on PS 3. Is that true?
And What about The Templar Lair or the DLC for Brotherhood and Revelations? I can't find any of it in the Playstation Store nor have I seen anything that mentions it being included in my Ezio Trilogy game. I thought I saw somewhere that it was included in the PC version but I'm playing this on PS 3 so I was wanting to know if there was a way to get the other single player DLC for my games. I also plan on playing other AC games too like AC III, Liberation, and Black Flag which also all have some single player DLC. I was planning on getting those eventually in the AC: America's Collection but was wondering if any of the DLC is included in that set. Can someone please explain to me how to get the DLC for all these games or what collections or games include them?

The DLC are like build in inside the game. You should play them automatically when progresing. And talking about templar lair those were preorder DLC ( I think ). Not worth playing. They are like 5-10 min each. Just chceck them on youtube. You also could ask ubisoft support about your game problem.

Btw. if you have the games on uplay you need to BUY lost archive there. I'm not sure about steam.
Copernicus DLC was added last summer I think to PC ( it was ps3 exclusive ) and you should find it on the map ( you need digital version of the game I think ).
Da Vinci DLC you can unlock on uplay in game rewards menu just before you turn on the game ( I don't know about steam )

You also could ask ubisoft support about your game problem.
