ezio language
What language do ezio speak besides english? Latin? Or italian?

Probably both. And no English. In 15th century English wasn't the 'main' language.

Primarily, Ezio is speaking his mother tongue Italian. Further he is able to speak: French, competent Latin and a lil' bit of Spanish.
SPOILER!: In AC Revelations he says some words in Greek and Turkish.

Note: The Animus is translating the dialogs for the user, so Ezio doesn't speak English (or in my case German). Also in the first game, Altair isn't speaking English either but Arabic (I think ^^').
Sometimes little expressions like "fratello mio" (my brother) in AC2 or "Wayhak." (You are in trouble!) in AC are kept in the original language for authentical reasons. ;)
