Can't exit Options menu with keyboard.

I just bought the game, and on my first boot I went into the Options to adjust the video settings (because it starts in a window, WTF?). Except I couldn't go back to the main screen from the video settings. The ESC button doesn't go back, and there is no menu option to return to the last screen.

This is quite an oversight. I had to plug in a controller and use the B button. I'm sure there is some button on the keyboard that is mapped as a back button, but how would I know if I've never played the game before and I can't go back in the menu to look at the key mappings?

It's a bummer to have a clunky experience when I haven't even started the game yet.

I had the same issue when I bought the game yesterday. "Q" is the cancel/back button for menus. Kinda strange ESC doesn't work though.

"ENTER" is pause, and "TAB" brings up the map. I just figured I'd mention these since I always assume the bindings to be set to ESC and "M" by default.

Yeah just got it for free (two years after). And i jumped in the very same problem. ESC should indeed work. How would one know Q is the one and only button?
