No, you won't. LAN in Conviction is not traditional LAN and is reliant upon their servers even for local games. Come June 1, it won't work anymore.
I found this out whilst I was messing around with the innards of Conviction. Ubisoft has since directly confirmed what I say is true.

It sure is.
Ubisoft did the sneaky on the PC crowd. No real LAN play and split-screen is in both Conviction and Blacklist - just hidden and won't accept second inputs but still functional.
You should see the Support Case I have with them, it's been open for about two weeks and there is lot of back and forth.
Many Conviction players think I'm saying "the sky is falling" over LAN being not real LAN - they're convinced of their own vanity regarding the standard usage of the term. They'll learn the hard way come June 1.
Radmin, ZeroTier and the like won't save you.
@OP I believe that you will still have the DLC. They can't just remove content that you paid for, that would be crazy.
Launch the game and go to Extras > Exclusive Content > Redeem Code and activate the DLC by pasting your code there.
