Unlock all weapons and equipment

Due to data loss from partion C: I lost, among other things, my save game files of this game. That means all my weapons, my equiqment and other unlocks are gone.
Is there a way to unlock them without having to replay the campaign and everything else?
So for example with the help of a Hex Editor of a Save Editor or Unlocker Tools? Does anyone have helpful links?

♥♥♥♥ happens. Make sure to have a backup next time.
As for your problem - there might be a chance. If you have uplay save synchronisation ON just start the game from Ubi Connect app, it should sync your saves from the cloud.
If that didn't help - you'll have to install an unlocker then find a 99% or 100% savegame from somebody else, edit it using hex editor by changing values to your username and copy the saves to your save folder.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Cloud savegames were not available. Does this game support them at all? Besides that, Uplay's cloud saving is anything but reliable.
I already have a hex editor. Where to get a savegame I know too. I just need a guide or a how to.

It does but last time I checked my sync was turned off. Don't want to mess up my existing saves.
