Coop through GeForce Now

Hi there, agents !

I'm planning on playing the coop campagin with a friend. The thing is, his PC is old, and so he's playing through GeForce Now. I see on their website that they support Chaos Theory, Conviction, and Blacklist, but what about the servers ? Does anyone know if you can access the servers through GeForce Now ? I would have used Hamachi or Radmin VPN, but you can't use those through GFN.

I miss playing coop via OnLive, it was the best cloud gaming platform because the 'Spectate' option and Brag clips. It was easy to find someone to play with and gaming friends. I played conviction coop all day on OnLive. I was thinking the same last week that I would try to play conviction coop on GeForce Now, but I don't own a uplay version from the game. And I'm not sure if the private match still work or not, but if not you can try the second option which is you can search each other with matchmaking. Or if it was shut down too and no way to play online anymore on PC then only Lan. I guess you can't download and open Radmin vpn on Geforce Now. So maybe look for an other cloud gaming service where you can acces the cloud pc files. Like LiquidSky for exampe, but I think it was shut down too.

Well, we gave it a try. Searching each other with matchmaking and then switching to campagin mode does work. But as soon as a player moves, the game goes out of sync. It's quite common, and apparently we need to do a bit of port forwarding to fix it, but my friend can't do it on GeForce Now, obviously.

He still bought the game to try on his own computer, but Uplay has done goofed, and doesn't provide the CD Key. In the end, he got a refund, and we gave up on the idea.

keep getting simulation out of sync, coop connects and one person starts moving, its out of sync. really no idea why this error happens. like that other guy was saying, it could be because i have an AMD ryzen processor on my machine. i read in this very discussion that this game doesnt work on AMDs at all for coop

From what I've read, you need to open a buttload of ports do fix it. Or play on Radmin VPN, which does it for you. Can't do that if you play through GeForce Now, tho
