Activation Key Problem
Just installed SC Conviction when i start the game it takes me to UBIsoft Connect and asks for activation key but its not an option in Steam for me, just want to play single player thanks.

Same, has anyone found a solution yet? Steam Support said that "A CD Key is no longer required to activate Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell on your Ubisoft account..." and to "...restart both Steam and your Ubisoft client." I think I tried that and it didn't help. Also, I think they were talking about a different Splinter Cell.

Anyway... thoughts?

I have sent a ticket into Ubisoft for the same issue. I will let you know what they say.

I'm waiting for Ubisoft to get back to me on the issue I will keep you all updated when they do. (If they do)
I have the same problem. Contacted Ubisoft back&forth, gave them screenshots of everything ever. They insist they can't find the game in my account and insist that I probably have another account and should tell them that other account.

TL;DR: I lost the game because someone ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, and that someone wasn't me.

I have been talking with ubisoft..I hit the same roadblocks (my account saying I didn't own it ect) but I showed pictures of my purchase and of the error and they believed my issue. Currently it is being escalated. If the escalation team resolves my issue I will report back and give my incident # for you all to reference and explain it is the same issue. I hope if any of you get a resolution you will do the same.

Same deal with me, they said that the game is activated, but they don't know the account that activated my game so they can't help me unless I say the account that activated my game, not them, me, the guy that doesn't have access to their system.
