LAN play in 2019 seems to be impossible

My brother and I finally got the game on PC, we were tired of sharing a splitscreen on the Xbox and I had another friend who is on PC as well who I haven't tried anything with yet. He is new to the game though so I wanted to play coop with him eventually, too. I can't get it to work with my brother though.

We live in the same place, so naturally, we just play LAN. The online servers are down anyways.

However, it only goes well until somebody tries to move, then it kicks us both out.

We had similar problems with Chaos Theory, but eventually we managed to find a workaround with Tunngle. Tunngle is down though, same with Evolve, and Hamachi doesn't seem to work. Radim VPN we tried as well but it seems to have similar results as hamachi (game works, we take a few steps, one player is kicked out with "out of sync" error)

We tried using no VPN services as well because we actually use the same router, so there is no reason to... but that either gives us the same result as Radim VPN or doesn't let us join lobbies at all

Is there ANY WAY to play this coop on PC in 2019??? I imagine that the older games have the same problem because every game before Blacklist works with this awful "every frame needs to be in sync" stuff in coop. What is there that we can do?

Maybe i have a solution, i need you to try it out.

I have uplay version, I can make it to play coop LAN game with my notebook
but no fun to play with my self

connected to same router

I just have 3 game in private game, unstable connection

Tried the same, connected to the same router. We can find each other, but it throws us out as soon as we start to move saying that we are out of sync.

It Worked with TUnngle but I think they took it down or Im to dumb to install it proper

He tried to help me, but it didn't work out. I have a hunch that some keys purchased at a certain time still work online while others don't for some reason.
