how to open/close helmet visor?

Ive played with it closed all game now its suddenly open how???

go to equipment tab and hover the already equiped helm

You can do it using the equipment wheel, move to the armor tab.

I noticed the helmet visor opens when you go to cook food. Its so the character can be seen tasting the food. Afterwards when in combat the visor is shut down again. I don't think their is a manual way of opening it.

On the equipment wheel you just hover over the helmet and exit out
