Dualsense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers not working

Just so it's clear I connected my PS5 Dualsense via USB wire and steam input is off.

it's broken, there is nothing you can do on your end. the only feature that works on dualsense are the PS glyphs even though the store page list dual sense with full support. no advanced vibration haptics, no adaptive triggers...

Same, you're usually meant to disable Steam input for it to work, right? I've done that, i'm wired, turned on adaptive triggers in the settings but i don't even have basic rumble

I did just check it with steam input on but all that does is show Xbox buttons, still no rumble

I think it safe to assume that something is broken so all we can do now is submit tickets for tech support and wait for patch, unpleasant but not game critical tbh
