Map Editor(+ToolOne), Also Awsome Game

Hi. So i had the game for a few years on CD. and recently bought it again on steam. now after hours of finally getting the map editor + ToolOne to download and install, is there anyone out there that can give me some sort of advice about setting up my custom maps settings with Toolone?

DUDE HOW CAN YOU OBTAIN THE TOOLONE?? I couldnt download it, cam you help me for that? :)

i sort of got the handle on the editor now, maps are quite easy. as for the tool one editor got to add my own edited ships and buildings so getting there.

EDIT* also if youre runnign the steam version and you get the "error" trying to install the editors, you might need the below for installation, let me know if you succeed.

1. Create this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\An no 1404\GameUpdate

2. Add these values:
installdir
execpath


3. Copy these values:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Steam App 33250

4. Insert the copied values here (create the key before)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{3D9CF3CA-3AB0-4A82-9853-D7C43FD1D775}

5. Do the same for:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{6A09EC92-016B-4032-8CF1-6840B20C254A}

so i am terrible at registry editing and cant find app 33250. also just really unsure if i am doing this correctly at all. If you could put a HIGHLY DEATAILED (like explaining to a monkey) on how to do this so i can use the tool and world editor you would be a life save!

Hey I am kinda late... but
For monkeys:
If you have STEAM verion of the game:

0. windows key+r type regedit enter

1. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Anno 1404 IF you don't have GameUpdate create it by right clicking on Anno 1404 click new>key name it GameUpdate (keys are kinda like folders) The path then looks like this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Anno 1404\GameUpdate

2. Now in the folder GameUpdate right click, add strings
installdir and execpath

3. Go to or create: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{3D9CF3CA-3AB0-4A82-9853-D7C43FD1D775}

If you don't have it again right click on the Uninstall new>key name it
{3D9CF3CA-3AB0-4A82-9853-D7C43FD1D775}

then right click on right side in key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{3D9CF3CA-3AB0-4A82-9853-D7C43FD1D775}

and double click on (Default) window is gona show under value copy paste:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Steam App 33250
Click ok

Do the same just for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{6A09EC92-016B-4032-8CF1-6840B20C254A}

I have the uplay version of venice and still can't install the editor. Would the above more or less work?
