custom cursor flickering

Hello everything is in the title when i enable the custom cursor it doesn't stop flickering i already played the game before but it was not doing this
i tried to launch back my computer and even to delete and redowload the game but nothing much
i can still play without it but it bother me to not have it so if someone have an idea of what to do to fix it... well thank you

that's not because of this some weeks ago it was normal and 2days ago it's start doing this
if it was because it was too old it would have done this since the start
