Chances are someone has already made an illegal copycat of this game with the exact assets. I know there is one on iPad. Chances are EA doesn't care enough to chase after them, so you'd probably be able to play without having to worry about the game being deleted off your phone.

Just search 'Insaniquarium' in the app/Google Play store. You're bound to find something at least vaguely similar.

That's what I meant. There's no official port, just rip-offs/pirated copies/bootlegs.

There's an exact copy with slight changes in sprites, it costs a dollar and I don't remember the nane.

When I said port I meant a completely exact one. (Copied exactly as it is and converted to work on android (.apk))

This is an old thread. But, if anyone is still looking for a decent knockoff of Insaniquarium Deluxe, https://apkpure.com/aquarium-grow-fish-vs-aliens/com.fish.hungryfish that is the best that I have found. It would be great if Electronic Arts officially ported the older PopCap games. But, they haven’t. There aren’t many surviving PopCap lines today. Before their acquisition by Electronic Arts, you’d see at least Bejeweled, Bookworm, and Insaniqarium on “everything.” Since Electronic Arts acquired them, though, such is not the case. It causes the curiosity if George Fan ever regrets selling his company. It is certainly quite disheartening for the followers of his games, most of which are defunct outside of knockoffs on mobile devices.

George Fan wasn't owner of Popcap itself, but a development studio under Popcap, Flying Bear Entertainment. It wasn't his call.
